SHUBH TOURS AND TRAVELS - Terms and Conditions

The website "www.shubhtoursandtravels.com" is owned by SHUBH TOURS AND TRAVELS. All bookings here are made with SHUBH TOURS AND TRAVELS and the booking terms mentioned herein below constitutes the entire agreement between the customer and Company. By making a booking with us and/or depositing payments with us for travel services you confirm having carefully read, understood, and accepted the below mentioned ‘Terms of Services’. The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.

BOOKINGS

Visitors on our website are kindly requested to fill the Enquiry Form with all necessary fields mentioned there and submit the same. Once we Receive your enquiry a travel expert from our office will get in touch with you with the best available information and offers for the desired travel services. The travel requirements are not clear in the booking form submitted by you to us, our team may contact you via WhatsApp or phone no. provided by you in the booking form. No booking is considered as ‘confirmed’ unless a confirmation letter is sent by us to the customer after receiving the initial advance payments in our account.

1. Driving speed of the vehicle as per the directions of the local transport authority only.
2. Parking charges, Toll charges, State Permit, Taxes and Entry Fees etc. to be paid by the Customer.
3. Distances between two locations (points) mentioned on the website are approximate. Actual distance may differ depending on the exact geographical location.
4. Car air-conditions will not work on hilly routes & also when the vehicle is not in motion. The customer is also not expected to request driver to make the air condition operational in the afore mentioned cases.
5. Customer is liable to pay waiting charges in the case of delay (be it for any reason) exceedingly more than 30 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time.
6. All booking under consideration is on a calendar day basis i.e. from midnight 12:00 to midnight 12:00. As an example, for a cab booked for 1 st Jan where the pick-up time is 5:00 pm the booking will be valid till 1 st Jan 11:59 and not 2 nd Jan 5:00 pm.
7. Cabs that are booked for outstation (any or all of Onaway, round trip & multicity) cannot be used for local travel. As an example if a customer books a cab from Mumbai to Shirdi then to Pune and back to Mumbai for a period of 3 days in total & has a predefined Km limit of 750 Kms and he returns back to Mumbai on the second day & has a balance Km limit of 50 with one day remaining, in spite of this he is not entitled to consume this 50Kms for local travel in Mumbai (Source city), however the customer can travel from Mumbai to some other city outside city limits of Mumbai (say Thane) & consume the remaining 50 Kms or more than this by paying additional charges.
8. Transfers with unspecified distance coverage will only include one way transfer either from airport or railway station to a single location or vice versa. Pickups or drops from multiple locations are not included in such bookings.
9. SHUBH TOURS AND TRAVELS cannot be hold accountable for any delay or consequential loss caused to the customer due to traffic jam or reasons beyond reasonable control of the driver or lapses on the part of the driver.
10. SHUBH TOURS AND TRAVELS cannot be hold accountable for any loss, damage, physical injury etc suffered by the customer while availing its services.
11. SHUBH TOURS AND TRAVELS can send the cab only at the time for which booking has made & not early whatsoever may be the emergencies may be.

Driver & car details - These details will be sent to the customer by SHUBH TOURS AND TRAVELS approximately before an hour from the pick-up time by WhatsApp or SMS. In some cases, the driver or an associate of SHUBH TOURS AND TRAVELS may also call-in advance to reconfirm with the customer.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND

All cancellations must be intimated to our office on phone followed by a written confirmation via email or WhatsApp Message. Telephonic cancellation will not be accepted as ‘cancellation request’. Cancellations should be made with a notice at least 02 days prior to the date of commencement of the trip. After that no refund applicable.
1 Amount will be refunded through Electronic Transfer. No cash refund requests.
2 Refund of amount will initiate after deducting the applicable cancellation Charges and service charge and both will be settled within 7 Business days of the day of cancellation request approved by SHUBH TOURS AND TRAVELS.

Privacy Policy

For us privacy for our valued customer is very important. We strongly believe that the personal information of our customers should not be shared with the third party without the prior consent or request from the customer. The information of the customer such as contact no., email, addresses etc. is used only for the internal purpose and not for sale. Your contact information is stored in our database and is only used to contact you during your travel with us for sharing the status of your travel bookings with us and then after for announcement of our latest deals and news etc. Any changes in our ‘Privacy Policy’ will be posted here on the website.
